Data Deletion Instructions

Your Right to Be Forgotten

At Capsule BH Jerusalem we respect your right to control your personal information. You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including reservation records, contact details, and WhatsApp message history — at any time.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

• Your name, contact phone number, and email address.
• WhatsApp message history exchanged with us.
• Reservation preferences and special requests.
• Marketing consent records.
• Website analytics linked to your identifiers.

ⓘ Some records (invoices, ID/passport copies, guest registry entries) are retained by Israeli law for up to 7 years. We will delete everything not legally required to keep, and after the legal retention period the remaining records will be permanently erased.

How to Request Deletion

Choose any of the methods below. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

   Email Us

   Send a request to ranarchitecture@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name, phone number, or email address you used when booking.

   Send a WhatsApp Message

   Message us at +972 54-438-0123 with the text "DELETE MY DATA". We will verify your identity and process the request.

   Visit Us In Person

   Come to the front desk at 31 Jaffa Street, Jerusalem. Bring identification so we can verify the request belongs to you.

What Information Should You Include?

• Full name as used in your booking.
• Email address and/or phone number used.
• Approximate booking date (if applicable).
• Whether you want all data deleted, or only specific items (e.g., WhatsApp history only).

What Happens Next?

• Within 2 business days — we acknowledge receipt and verify your identity.
• Within 30 days — we delete eligible data from our systems and confirm completion.
• Data subject to legal retention will be flagged and auto-deleted at the end of the retention period.

WhatsApp-Specific Deletion

To delete only the WhatsApp conversation history we hold:

• Reply STOP to opt out of further messages.
• Reply DELETE to request deletion of stored chat history with us.

ⓘ Deleting messages on our side does not affect copies stored on your own device or by Meta. To remove from your device, use WhatsApp's built-in delete feature. To remove from Meta's systems, see WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
