Yes — cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged for the first night.

We charge a card to secure the booking but only authorize at the time of booking. The actual charge happens at check-in.

How big is a capsule?

Accepted Answer

A single capsule is 210 × 100 × 110 cm (length × width × height). A double is 210 × 140 × 110 cm. Both fit a 6'2" / 188 cm guest comfortably.

Is there really a TV in every pod?

Yes — every capsule has a wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, and Bluetooth pre-installed. Bring headphones, please.

Are capsules private?

Each capsule has its own blackout curtain, locker, light, USB ports, and climate control. The corridors are shared, but your pod is your own private space.

Are the capsules quiet?

We sound-dampened the corridors and require quiet hours from 22:00. Most guests sleep deeply — but if you're a particularly light sleeper, bring earplugs (we also keep them at reception).

How do I find the entrance?

31 Jaffa Street — look for a stone archway between the shops and walk through it into the inner courtyard. We're tucked at the back, on the right. Or follow the 4-step photo guide on our /location page.

How close is the light rail?

90 seconds. The City Hall stop is right at the entrance to our courtyard.

How far to the Old City?

Jaffa Gate is a 10-minute walk. Western Wall is 18 minutes. Damascus Gate is 12 minutes.

How do I get from Ben Gurion airport?

Train direct to Yitzhak Navon Station (35 min, ₪16). One stop on the light rail to City Hall. Total time: ~1 hour, ₪22.

Is breakfast really included?

Yes — full Israeli breakfast every day from 7:00–10:00. Eggs, salads, fresh bread, hummus, tahini, cheeses, coffee, juice. No upcharge.

Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Each guest also gets a personal locker in their pod (fits a 70L backpack).

Yes, shared but designer-finished — separate male/female with hand-laid Mediterranean tiles, brass fixtures, and plenty of mirrors. We've kept them spotless since opening.

Guests must be 18+ to book. Under-18s can stay accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Absolutely — book a Double Capsule. Wider pod, double mattress, same private curtain. Many guests are couples.

No smoking anywhere indoors. There's a designated smoking area in the courtyard.
